Telehealth: Recently updated June 7, 2021: due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Thrive is exclusively offering counseling via Telehealth. Sessions are best provided via a personal device (such as a computer, tablet, or smart phone) with internet access and the ability to run Zoom software. On a case by-case basis, sessions may be able to be provided via phone. Thrive hopes to offer a return to in-person, in-office counseling sessions soon. Please check back in for updates.

Intake Coordinator will refer you to a therapist that meets your needs for an initial phone or in-person consultation. Session fees and other important details will be discussed and confirmed directly with your therapist. Our goal is to match new clients with therapists within two weeks. Due to high demand, there may be a waitlist for care at times.
Call us directly at 734-436-4249 to reach our Intake Coordinator to complete a short telephone screening and to further discuss your needs.
If you’re not able to connect immediately with our Intake Coordinator, please leave the details requested below in a confidential voicemail message. We will return your phone call within 48 hours during standard business hours Monday through Friday.
